We always recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment especially during weekends, school holidays, and peak event seasons.

While we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, availability can be limited. To secure your preferred inflatable and date, it’s best to book well in advance. If you’re unsure about availability, feel free to give us a call—we’re happy to check for you!

yes. To secure your booking:

• Phone or manual bookings require a €20 deposit per booking

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit (or full payment) has been received. The remaining balance (if applicable) can be paid on the day of delivery. If you have any questions about payment options, feel free to contact us!

Yes, you can make changes to your booking after it has been confirmed. If you need to update your booking details, please call Mark directly at 085 121 1500 as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes are subject to availability, especially during busy periods.

We deliver all inflatables and bouncy castles between 8:00 AM and 12:00 Noon. Collection takes place between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the same day, unless otherwise arranged.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact time within these windows, as delivery and collection routes are planned based on location and order volume. However, if you have specific timing needs (e.g., for a party start time), feel free to contact us in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Yes, we recommend that someone is present at the delivery location to receive the inflatable or bouncy castle. This ensures we can:

• Set up the equipment in your preferred location
• Go over safety instructions and usage guidelines
• Confirm any access requirements (e.g., through gates or narrow paths)

If you won’t be home, please let us know in advance. We may be able to make alternative arrangements, such as setting up in a pre-agreed location or coordinating with another family member.

Each inflatable or bouncy castle has its own space requirements, which can vary depending on the design and size.

To ensure a safe and successful setup, please check the specific size and space requirements listed on the product page of the inflatable you’ve selected.

In general, please also ensure:

• There is clear access with no obstructions at least 3ft (0.9m) wide to the setup area
• The area is flat, free of debris, and has no overhead obstructions
• A power outlet is available within 25 meters

Yes, many of our inflatables and bouncy castles can be set up indoors, provided there is enough space and suitable access.

Before booking for an indoor setup, please ensure:

• The venue has sufficient ceiling height (check the height of the inflatable on the product page)
• There is clear access with no steps at least 3ft wide for delivery and setup
• The floor is clean, flat, and free of sharp objects
• There is access to a power outlet within 25 meters

Indoor setups are ideal for halls, gyms, and large community centers. If you’re unsure whether your venue is suitable, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to advise!

Yes, absolutely. We take hygiene and safety very seriously.

All of our inflatables and bouncy castles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after every use using child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products. This includes:

• Wiping down all surfaces to remove dirt and debris
• Disinfecting high-contact areas to eliminate germs and bacteria
• Drying fully before the next setup to ensure a clean and safe experience

We also perform regular deep cleans and inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. If you have any specific concerns or hygiene requirements, please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate where possible.

Each inflatable or bouncy castle rental includes:

• Delivery and collection within our service area
• Full setup and takedown by our trained team
• Blower and extension leads (up to 25 meters)
• Safety mats where required
• Anchoring equipment (pegs or sandbags, depending on the surface)
• Full safety check and guidance on safe use
